Hi. This is South East Water, We have been unable to take an actual meter reading, due to an overgrown bush blocking access to our meter, and your bill will be based on an estimated read of 2685. If you are able to take a meter reading and you would like a bill based on the actual read just reply to this SMS with the reading on the date you took it.
