Bins left permanently on narrow sidewalk
Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6417095.
The street and sidewalk is very narrow. Bins are left out permanently in this street by one house specifically.
My wife had to swerve for an oncoming car coming around the bend and broke the passenger wing mirror against the bins.
It is so bad that Google Streetview and Maps has it recorded as being out when they passed.
