This has been reported numerous time. Today just minuets ago he turned up and illegally fly tipped again.

When will the council act on their mantra against fly tipping. Here you have a tenant of their openly fly tipping.

Cardiff City council a disgrace.

Which will cost us the tax payer to clean this up as it continues .

They will not pay as obviously not able to rent a skip.

  • Nothing done by the Council or Local Labour Councillors. That says it all vote them in then they laugh at us .
