Tenpirary Traffic Lights on Baring Road, Cowes!

Sent to Isle of Wight Council 12 hours, 45 minutes later. Council ref: 16275339.

There are temporary traffic lights on Baring Road in Cowes (near the Place Road end). These are currently stuck on red in both directions which may cause a problem especially at busy times! These were stuck when coming through around 8pm this evening.
