I see they have been reported numerous times - when is this going to be repaired?! You have a duty under the Highways Act 1980 to maintain the highway network you are responsible for. These duties are defined by Section 41 of the Highways Act 1980 and require the council to take ‘reasonable steps’ to make the highway safe." Do you think you are complying?

Photos have been submitted when previous reports have gone in. It's the same potholes where they haven't been repaired properly over and over again.

The pothole by the speed limit sigh is getting bigger and spreading across the road causing cars to swerve onto the wrong side of the road
