Frame of manhole is loose and repair is failing, HAS BEEN DEGRADING RAPIDLY over last 2 weeks and is driven over by most traffic particularly heavy vehicles making a large bang each time. The repair looks likely to break into pieces very soon as the metal frame inside is loose.
