See above.Blind owners cannot use park as dog will escape.This has been reported man times but nothing has been done. Please advise as this

Should this dog escape again this will be dangerous and Guide Dogs will be far from pleased with the owners or myself after all the training that goes into the work these dogs do

Netting around boundary still broken.Children obviously use this as an exit,or access to the scout hut nearby.
