Pavement damaged

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 14:22, Wednesday 28 August 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6408035.

I first reported the state of this footpath in November 2019, via town councillors Luci Ashbourne and Owen Collins, who inspected the path, marked potholes and referred the matter to OCC. I was assured it was scheduled for clearing and repairs. A couple of years ago, OCC councillor Andrew Coles came to have a look and said he would investigate, but doubted funds were available. I really feel that having been in a state of disrepair and deterioration for such a long time, and now impassable for some and hazardous for others, some action should be taken.
