Excessive rubbish has been on pavement for few weeks now, causing rodents due to food waste also accessible and on floor, if not removed will cause further disruption as road gets busier with vehicles as unable cross path very difficult for elderly pedestrian and those with mobility issues, inaccessible for pram use. Constant issue of wheelie bins being left on pavements and blocking access or causing nuisance for pedestrians
