The area shown is rat infested and this piece of land runs off a well-used footpath. Hope you can help in removing the excess foliage. It used to be cut back regularly by the Housing Association SOHA, but now they state it is no longer their responsibility and believe it is now the responsibility of yourselves. Hope you can help, you see the footpath it runs off is used by people of all ages, not sure a rat running around would be welcome sight to anyone. Many thanks
