Foul waste has been flowing onto Hield Lane from Hield House Farm House for over 12 months. Sometimes this is not just fluids but can include tissue. The foul waste is both foul smelling and a public health issue. Believe this could be coming from a blocked drain or septic tank at Hield House Farm House. Walkers are forced to walk through the foul waste, as it runs onto Hield Lane on a daily basis.
