Dangerous temporary traffic light

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6405240.

The temporary traffic light set up in the road is not in use but has been left in the road causing a hazard at night when it is not visible until very close. This traffic light and sign needs to be removed before an accident is caused.
