Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:48, Tuesday 27 August 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6404558.

Blackberry brambles are growing out over the pavement at head height, causing me a scratch to the face. Situation reported previously. You issued a notice to rectify upon the landowner giving him 28 days to remedy the issue. 28 days have now passed. No works have been done. The situation has worsened considerably.

  • This issue persists today. Landowner has done nothing. Why can BCC not resolve this? Why do they not carry out clearance works and bill the landowner? So far BCC have been totally toothless and ineffective. Can I have a rebate on my council tax please as I am not getting the services I pay for?
