Right in the middle of tourist area. A person living in a tent dumping littler around the tent. Drug addicts off their heads by kings park shelter. In the shelter in the park by public toilets drug addicts off their heads this morning

It's high tourist session, do something about all the crack and herion in Torquay. Dealer up by Church Steet by police station. Follow them to find the dealers. PLEASE
