There has been a new bin installed on the corner of hobart road and fairlop road. The bin is constantly overflowing with rubbish of all kinds and not emptied for days and days at a time, sometimes well over a week. Rats have now been seen around the bin. This has caused rats to have roamed into the neighbouring houses, which is being dealt with privately. The council, having brought this problem to our doorstep, are unwilling to do anything and happy for this to continue.
