Smell of Burnt Rubbet

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6400489.

The whole neighborhood has been snelling of burnt rubber/plastic and chemicals all day. It's unbreathable and has forced me to close all my windows (on a hot day) and stay indoors all day.

Absolutely disgusting and surely not good for the environment.
