Litter bins overflowing and litter everywhere

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6400336.

The litter bins at the end of River Lane by the river are full and overflowing, there is litter and rubbish spread everywhere - it looks absolutely awful. Please can the bins be emptied and the litter cleared ASAP.
