Missing street name signs

Reported in the Street nameplates category anonymously at 19:44, Wed 27 May 2015

Sent to Adur District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 639949.

At the north and south ends, on the eastern side, of Kings Road, Southwick, the street name signs are damaged, and/or missing. Occasionally, cars, lorries and vans arrive in Kings Road, Southwick looking for Kings Road, Brighton; misdirected by sat nav systems. The missing street name signs exacerbate this confusion. These have been missing for a number of weeks, perhaps months.Thank you.

  • Once again, no feedback, comment, or plan to identify when the reported problem of the missing street name plates will be addressed. Yet more evidence, if it were needed, to show the lack of interest that the local authority demonstrates for this area of Southwick.
