Phone Box Tel. No. 01279 812926 outside Gilbey Cottages is covered in Fly-Posting and graffiti. Please arrange for it to be cleaned up and removed. This box is a magnet for fly-posting, one gets taken down then another one gets put up. This has been a problem for at least 5 years.

Phone box still in a disgraceful state. This must leave a bad impression of Elsenham to people passing through. British Telecom should attend and clear up the mess or remove the phone box completely.
