Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6396757.
This road(comyn walk)is in a conservation area(stapleton and frome Valley) , and no planning permission was granted. The council tenant installed driveway via contractors, the driveway crosses a communal entrance and disabled bay. A excavation license is required before work is started. Any information to steps I should take regarding this situation.

The excavation and crossover licence is invalid as the person requiring licence needed permission from Bristol city council.... (he's not a home owner) plus licence required drive not to cross disabled parking bay.

This drop kerb and driveway was installed with an invalid license! It was not signed by authorising officer nor dated! Breaches communal boundary and disabled parking bay.

Retrospective planning permission has been sought and property isn't in conservation area (its on boundary of conservation area). Crossover licence was granted by highway officer. Drop kerb has been made against Crossover licence speciation not to cross disabled parking bay nor boundary.
