Abandon garden barge

Is there any plan to do something with the floating garden barge? Currently it looks a right state? Not exactly enhancing the area, and I'm sure the nice new occupants opposite, Dyson, will love looking at what is now essentially a massive seagull shit collecting device. Isnt it about time Bristol smartened up its key areas?
