Constant problem with overgrown weeds in the lane between 37 and 47 Mansel St. Nobody ever bothers to clear this lane and it's becomes horrendous with weeds and overgrown grass and bushes.

They either say it's been done, via their app, or rubbish has been uplifted, and it hasn't been.
