Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6394187.

The traffic light is not changing to allow traffic to turn onto A58 from Victoria St. Experienced a 5 minute delay. Traffic backing up. Many vehicles doing U turn and traffic then using Wood Street to continue travel causing co gestion issues and increased trafffic in heavily residential area. Needs looking into
