3street lamps are not working, Kings Road at Abbey Wharf

2 street lamps on north side and one on south side are not working on Kings road at Abbey Wharf building. Because of the poor lighting conditions and the curve of the road at that area it is very dangerous driving after dark. Cannot see any cyclists properly when a car is using its lights and coming opposite. This issue is ongoing, have reported the same several times last winter as well.
