Tempory road works

Temporary road works in this location have Temporary lights but placed in unsuitable location. No consideration for large vehicles. Parked cars on both sides of the lights should be informed cannot park there and sufficient space should be coned off to stop other cars parking. There needs to be sufficient space when a large vehicle is waiting at the red light that an on coming large vehicle can safely get by. There is an awkward bend and this road is very busy including alot of large vehicles that pass through. Thank you
