Danger of electrocution

Reported via desktop in the Street light category anonymously at 17:20, Friday 23 August 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6391758.

Octopus Energy are planning to fit an ev charger to the front of my house. After an inspection, their technician reported that, because the lamppost is too close to the car on my driveway, there is a danger of electrocution. This could occur in the event of someone touching the lamppost and the car, while the car would be charging. They will only fit the ev charger if the lamppost can me moved 2.5b meters away from my car.
