Im complaining about this because he has been taking two car spaces i have been noticing this since he's got two car so if he takes one car he puts another one there again he takes two spaces. Finally i have seen him doing this front of me i have asked him politely to take forward slightly so i can park my car he refused in anger and said its my place even i got resident permit we also have two car. He’s been so rude with my wife and shouting at her we said we going to complain council people he replied they are not going to anything and he was teaching us rules i don’t know what rules apply by taking two car spaces
