Overhanging trees

Trees are over hanging footpaths and gardens and dragging telephone wires down also blocking a street light

    Reported over hanging trees, no one has been in touch or even been to have a look ! Large tree branches blew off in bad winds and have been left. One tree looks like it has fungus growing on it, also reported but not heard anything. Typical council !!
