Cars park on DOUBLE YELLOW line. Mounting pavement. Blocking people who have Disabled Buggy or people who have prams can't get pass. Only way is to reverse back to the corner with green bins, and, recycling boxes on footpath. Or again bump of pavement onto busy road. This happens regularly on this corner at the Town Hall.
