Gully unsafe - trip hazard

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6387517.
The gully that crosses the footpath outside our house (135 the drive, phippsville, northampton, nn1 4sw has somehow been uplifted and dislodged (query atempted scrap metal theft). very urgent attention required as is now a trip hazard.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 11 days.
