Give Way sign rotated/not visible

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6386092.

The give way sign on Church Road where Grove Park Road merges onto it has been rotated round, so it is not visible to Eastbound traffic on Church Road.

I have witnessed several near misses at speed here as the issue is combined with faded give way markings, and it not being an obvious that traffic on Church Road doesn't have priority over merging traffic.
