Graffiti and general eye sore of a building

Graffiti and mess in the doorway of 46 Quadrant (the old O2 shop). This building is an absolute mess and a stain on the High Street. It’s been vacant for years now and the owner should be made to refurb it or forced to board it up. The entry way is a perfect hotel for homeless people who leave it a mess of packaging and urine and it’s a great spot for our local graffiti artists. Currently the space is resident to a dodgy looking guy that’s been there all summer drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Just board it up - problem solved!
