Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6383803.

The old Diba restaurant where there was a fire over a year ago. Clearly no intention to start rebuilding work, so in the meantime the building has attracted a huge amount of graffiti and is a real stain on this entry point to Richmond. The owner should be encouraged to remove graffiti and get on with the building work!
