Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6383451.
3 roadside drains are full of detritus preventing water from draining. Cyclists will avoid it (going further into carriageway) and it is on a slight bend - sight lines reduced and in winter, freezing of water will cause a problem (again because the road has reduced sight lines to it at this point). The southern side of the road is better.
