Edgbaston Tunnel Lighting Out

Sent to Birmingham City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 638259.

The lighting is completely out in the Edgbaston canal tunnel, underneath Church Road. This is maintained by Birmingham City Council. I phoned the number provided on a board at each portal, which connected me to BCC, but no person or machine was provided to take my call. This is a popular walking and cycling route and it requires urgent attention, as the lengthy tunnel is currently very dark.
