A large car is regularly parked on the land of a flat on Horseferry Road. However, the space is not big enough and the car extends onto the pavement, completely blocking it. Pedestrians, wheelchair users and pushchairs all have to step onto the road to get past. The car needs to be moved or parked in a different way

It has been like this for several weeks now.
