Blocked drain on South Albert Road

I reported this blocked drain on 2 July but it hasn't been cleared yet. When it rains the road floods which makes it difficult to cross for pedestrians and also damages the tarmac. I observed that the road had to be repaired a year ago where the flooding occurs so it would be much cheaper to just clear the drain.
