Heavy vehicles passing are shaking my property

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6376218.
For the past six years or so ( I reported this last in 2018) we have noticed the house shaking when HGVs or buses are passing along Manchester Rd at the rear of our property. This is due to road surface deterioration. The shaking is getting worse and worse though...to the point that I feel I now have to get in contact with somebody and report / investigate the issue further. The vibrations are getting more and more noticeable as this road appears to be getting far more heavy weight traffic than it used to. Some years ago the council did re-surface a stretch of Manchester Rd along the rear of the property and this seemed to ease the issue somewhat, perhaps a thicker layer of tarmac added extra cushioning...but of course over time this has now "flattened away" and the issue is back, but much worse. The vibrations are getting very concerning now... I'm worried about structural damage, pipework potentially working loose which could cause flooding / fires, windows working loose which will cause gaps which will lead to energy losses...Heck, I lie in bed at night worrying that the whole house might collapse around me... the vibrations really do feel that bad. We can actually feel the house vibrating quite violently before we even see or hear the vehicle passing directly by. It’s possible to see the suspension of buses “dipping” as they pass this particular stretch too which proves that the road surface has become very uneven. What can we do to investigate this further ? We are open to allowing seismic measuring equipment onto the property if required to check if the vibrations are within accepted tolerances...In fact I believe this would be a good first course of action. I hope that this mails reaches the correct department and that this mail is acted upon as a matter of urgency. A lobby of our neighbours reports that others are also experiencing this issue. Thank you.

Having the same issue - definitely when larger vehicles pass a certain point in the road, been having to fix some minor cracking in plaster already, but the physical shaking is more annoying!
