Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6375686.

I reported this 6/08/2024 the response from OCC was that it wasn't their problem, but Thames Water's. I now see an anonymous individual reported it again on 15/08/2024. If OCC proclaim it isn't their responsibility do Fixmystreet then refer it to who OCC claim who is responsible? Come a cold winter when any frost is to be had this will lead to dangerous icy patches and damage to the carriageway structure!!!
