Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6372290.

One of the horizontal white metal ‘poles’ has been sawn through to allow unauthorised vehicle access to the Recreation Ground. Looks to be easily weldable for fixing.
