Dangerously uneven and flooded footway

This footway, which used by many elderly people and parents with buggies enroute to school had a cosmetic repair 2 years ago.As the foundation was not made good in the first place the footpath is now even more dangerous than before where pedestrians are forced into the road to avoid potholes, floods and a footway that has several steep sloping angles across its width.
