Overgrown shrubs and greenery invading the cycle path

The greenery alongside the cycle lane on Forest road has expanded a lot and is reducing the usable width of the cycle lanes there. In some parts, it has also grown at the face level. Can this be trimmed, so that cyclists don't have to move so close to the pasing traffic to avoid the vegetation in the way.
