Look at the photographs! Path impassable, on account of profusely overgrown vegetation. No evidence of any recent maintenance. According to https://maps.norfolk.gov.uk/ highways/ this path does not benefit either from "Public Rights of Way Cutting" nor from "Norfolk Trails Cutting Contract".. Norfolk County Council, it appears that you are neglecting the maintenance of this public path.
