Binmen Littering on Deanston Drive

There is a bin on deanston drive, which is usually overflowing. The rubbish today was overflowing but not spilling out the sides. The rubbish was higher than the actual wheelie bin inside, but still within the confines of the overall bin. I watched a bin man swipe the overflowing rubbish onto the road before he emptied the wheelie bin into his lorry. Vile! This street and my garden often end up with rubbish in them and I have never thought bin men would be contributing to this. I know that their job isn’t to litter pick off the street but they should not be swiping rubbish on to the streets either. Please kindly address this issue as I’ve found it really disheartening.
