Loose railings along Holy Brook

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6367275.

Behind the Abbey Church, on the opposite side of the Brook, the railings are loose and wobbly. Someone has wrapped red/white tape around the railings but still needs to be fixed as H&S hazard.
