More household waste in public bins

There is a serious issue with public bins being used for household waste. The open top bins are easy for the foxes to rummage through, spilling the waste onto the pavement. In this particular instance there is even a soiled nappy strewn in the car park. Absolutely disgusting. RBC get a hold of this situation 🤮
