Contractors stole/removed heritage paving stones when installing metal cover shown on photo & replaced then with concrete which us also RAISED ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE PAVEMENT causing a significant trip hazard. The concrete needs replacing with heritage paving stones. This report relates to SWEETING STREET L2. 2nd photo shows location in the street—near the bend. Thanks.
