The problem is getting worse, over the last few nights the whole corner of the street food, household waste, electrical items and clothing have been dumped on the pavement of Waterloo Rd and Manor road. The pavement is now unpassable for the elderly and infirm, rats have also been sited in the rubbish.
This is not the first time this has been reported, and is now becoming a safety and health problem.

A local resident kindly placed no dumping signs up in the effected area, this worked for a while now the dumping has increased, at the present there is food, household waste and furniture dumped on the corner of Waterloo Rd/Manor Road, this in turn has attracted foxes, rats and flies along the animal feces, this is now a Health Hazard and needs to be stopped.
