The surface water drain unblocking

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6364328.
The surface water drain has been blocked and not maintained by HCC which has resulted in house and car parking area persistent flooding
This has been reported 3 times by me in the last year and no action has ever been take. This co tributes to the flooding on Hartley Wintney High Street flooding

There has been no action on this and the problem remains and has potential to flood houses opposite. This issue was reported in 2023. The vacuum cleaning lorry visits Hartley Wintney and has missed this surface drain for a couple of years. It is an easy fix. Thanks
