Between Hawthorn Cottage and Hillview on left hand side of the roadside when travelling along Congleton Rd towards the Church. I have spoken to a member of the local Parish Council and apparently a large tractor and slurry tanker created this defect months ago. It is at the edge of the road but when meeting oncoming traffic and if you have to get over you have to encroach onto this defect. I had to and it has damaged the underside of my car.
